Festpac 2024 Opening Ceremony. The opening ceremony for the 13th festival of pacific arts took place today, with delegations from across te moana nui a kiwa descending onto the university. Festivities unofficially began on wednesday (local time) with a wa'a ceremony, welcoming delegates who had sailed across the moana to the shores of kauloa regional park.
